Company gets bought out, new boss and old husband are jerks. The new world beckons her, as my new world did me. I sniffed out a State Grant after I was laid off as she says she was. I canned the Jerk of a girlfriend and spent a full year, 20 x 7, sometimes, on any and every drug that would get me though the tech school...with a, guess what....4.0 GPA suckers.

With that it was a walk on, ticket to Sun Microsystems, and jobs I did not know existed. But, I had only barely heard of SMI as a company, I had no idea what they did.

I make 2x that now. You have to find the high paid ecosystems, learn the talk and the walk, and get some!

The motivated among us, with change all, that is our way, and yes, it takes years.

We only deep recruit from the best schools and we select and invite only those we would like to interview. Not only that. What we offer them is a job,

They are hired, de-facto, on merit before I see them. Then I can ask those I see as candidates to join us.

But, they are in, on merit alone, and will work for us somewhere, and we begin them, typically at around $80K...sometimes even $90K.
