Which foods do you grow indoors?

Their are several churches/temples or whatever by me that have them , Almost no one ever uses them thow, some even have beutifull premade raisedbeds with pre-worked soil already in them .

Al you have to do is ask (at the church by me) and they will give you some room

A nice space saveing idea for indoors

One day they let you plant a few turnips,
the next day they're trying to cut off your foreskin.

They can keep their raised beds
and I'll keep my 4mm of useless wrinkles.

Nizza, those windowfarms are pretty cool. I am always trying to find ways to maximize my usable window space haha. My house is filled to the brim with plants in every window. I usually grow my veggies outside though. Just have a lot of bonsais and ornamentals inside (besides the MJ of course).. My psychoactive cacti collection is growing though as well

Popped 4 spinach seeds and 4 broccoli seeds in some soil under two 2ft flourescents lights on 18/6.. 4/4 broccoli and 4/4 spinach seeds popped the soil within 7 days of being planted. It's now been around 11/12 days and they seem to be doing good. I hope this turns out well. They might go outside in about 10 days, just so I can retry some new ones and get them growing as best as possible right off the bat (2nd try has to turn out better eh?). 2 or 3 may be stretched... and i need to built up the outdoor garden anyways. Thanks man, I truly appreciate it. I devote most of my time to my plants.

None of my friends are into any kind of gardening, so this is really the only outlet I have to share with people that have similar interests.

I've been getting really interested lately and I've been trying to learn a lot on cacti ! Ive been researching.on mush & cannabis BUT now cacti has caught my eye

I used to have a friend that worked at a family owned greenhouse. I used to get soooooooooo many plants, then he died, I've moved several times and the last time I lost all my plants and house.... In a flood.

so we moved up into the hills on to a glen that seems to be always wet, but never flooding... 40 acres, log cabin in the woods with a 15 acre field out back. So we're working on recouping everything we lost and then some.

Mushies are pretty easy to cultivate, but too much of a body load on higher doses for me, although I enjoy a gram or 2 here and there. I put more time into cannabis and cactus. Cactus is super easy to grow, just takes patience. Its fun to collect all the different kinds and see the different effects. Cactus has it all. The euphoria of ecstasy, the strength of LSD, but natural.

BenFranklin, I'm sorry to hear that, but its good that you are recouping though.. I can't wait to have some land in another year or 2 so I can get a bit more serious about fruit farming.

I've never eaten mescaline, can't wait.. I've read in some forums that some baby Lophophora williamsII caespitosa are inactive? Is this just a rumor or true in some cases?

I would only buy a caespitosa for decorative reasons. From what I can gather, it can be active but it varies and is usually much lower in alkaloid content than normal L.W. (based on the little info I've found online). They do make many more pups, but apparently since you need to eat more buttons anyways, the gain isn't worth it. I would stick with the normal variety.

I found a reliable seller on Etsy for Loph's if your interested. Just search for lophophora on there, there is only one seller, asiaexport. I find buying cactus on eBay or Etsy is less sketchy than some of the "legal high" type websites like bouncing bear and all that.

Hey all, wanted to show what food scraps you can grow. Kind of got into after a seeing a web meme. Just ran with it.

Turnip and some green onions


I cut the top from the turnip and left about 1/4" [15mm] thick slice of the turnip itself to bury and grow roots. Sprouted shoots in 3-4 days and is about 2 weeks old. Does not like the 17 hour veg cycle. Too much light for it, did better in the daylight which is 45N, so not a lot yet.

Onions have started to re-grow and are only about 4 days old........didn't expect much, but i am

Also grocery stores sell tons of dryed beans that grow just fine for a fraction of the price of seed grade seed (you must soak the seeds for 24 hours first)

Any whole unmilled grains will grow also, wheat, amaranth, quinnola , flax, tons more (just make sure to soak the seeds for about 24 hours first)

Seed can be obtained from razberrys, blackberrys, cranberrys, strawberrys kiwis (kiwis have male and female vines), lots more

That's awesome, I can't wait to join you one day. I have a bunch of fig trees right now which I really enjoy as well as some different citrus varieties. All pot grown since I will be moving eventually.

Nothing like a big orchard though.

I've planted horseradish, ginger, potatos, and sweet potatos and different herbs from grocery store stock. It's fun sticking different kinds of potatos in water just for decorative purposes. Haven't tried growing grains though, that is interesting.
