Bleached leaves do not look particularly healthy
but can bleaching the leaves lead to actual problems?
Will a plant with bleached leaves likely provide less yield?
Or be more inclined to health problems?
I always read that 'the more light, the better'
However, after changing from a 600w to a 1000w
the leaves under the centre of the reflector (a glass bottomed, ventilated model)
became badly bleached.
All 9 plants are now 35 days into flowering and I cannot notice
any difference, in the amount of buds, between the badly bleached central plant,
the bleached stems of partially bleached plants
or the corner plants with luscious blue/green foliage and absolutely no bleaching.
