Good luck with that para , grilling in a storm dosn't sound to great at all!fucking stove broke last night, foot of snow on the way tomorrow. grilling in a winter storm sounds like fun...hope we can fix this thing though
mmmmmmm ribs , nothing better than a smoker , you can damn near smoke any type of meat and vegitable , also make saucesRibs? tray of dry rub,and tray of "bbq marinade" (just threw lots of things in a pan and reduced, tastes delicious! )

Salt and pepper thats it , even though i have smoked a 4 point rib eye roast b4 and it was amazing , (i smoked it for 10hrs)
It would cut with a spoon it was that tender !
