How long do plants stretch after the flip?

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying. Your plants will stretch 30 - 50% of their original height in the first 3-4 weeks, most of that occuring in the first 2 weeks after light change. buds take about 5-7 weeks to develop and then they fatten up from that point on until harvest.

That's exactly what I was asking. Thanks!

Depends on how long you veg. If you veg for 10 weeks you will probably see little or no stretching. I veg my indicas for 3-4 weeks so they pretty much double in height after going to 12/12. BigSteve.

mine went from 20" then flipped and thank god i did as now its bloody 55" had to tie main cola back to the netting as it was only 3 inchs away from the light it didnt seem to mind but the main was way to high and the light was not getting down to the lower part of the plant so i would say 3 weeks then it should stop and start focusing on making fat bud

with 3-6 weeks of veg most strains get between 200-300% bigger after starting 12/12. But ovverall it depends on strain and flowering time. some sativas have 20x stretch with 20 weeks of flowering :)
