Who is we, and how does the general public know what has been established. I heard 2 weeks ago this was a temporary thing, and it seems that is not the case. Please enlighten me as to when things will be back to normal, and no problem with the neg rep, duh. Go easy on the exclamation points though next time, more than one is tedious.

There's nothing more pleasing than negative repping someone, and watching one of their precious green bars disappear.

So what your saying is, if you could take someone else's rep you would? Who would be first? I'd definitely take out finshaggy.
