I bought my 20 litre 8 bag set for 35 quid on ebay but any dearer than that and I wouldn't have bothered.
I was looking into vapes as well awhile back, I'd like a Pax myself.

think those are the bubble bags im watching on eBay lol the volcano will allow me to make my smoke last waaaaay longer!
The ones I got are all mesh, way faster to drain.
Vapes are the way forward alright, no need to be smoking useless plant material.
I've never had a hit from a vape but I believe it kicks ass.

@R3, ISO in maplin €22 per Liter (not much info on the label but I did some research and it's 98% isopropyl and 2% water)
I was buying butane in millets camping but it's certainly not grade A and I wouldn't recommend, I found it very hard to fully purge.
I use the ice-o-lator bags

@R3 Havin a J with one of the lads atm, I'll walk you through the process in a bit.....it's super easy with the iso... My first batch was simply a handful of bud in a jar, covered with iso... shake.... filter liguid through coffee filter, evap iso and 2% water.... that's it! I do a couple of extra things these days but still really easy. I'll get you a link and a proper detailed walk through.

For BHO or CO2 wax/shatter youtube has a ton of tutorials. Cold water extraction is good and grain alcohol will do the job as well. My favorite is dry ice, it comes out as kief but you can press it into hash. Be careful with the the flammables I would hate to see any of you end up with devastating burns, Butane is extremely flammable and can blow up just from static electricity so make sure you ground yourself by touching a counter or something like that and be sure to strain it as much as possible you don't want to be inhaling any solvents that would be bad for your lungs for sure other than that good luck.
Budsahoi: I would get the volcano ( I think it was you talking about it) you can use the left over vaped weed to make canna butter once you have about an ounce of it and it doesn't take long to get that much using a volcano, you smoke an entire bag of some kind bud by yourself and your ears will ring. i love a volcano if I have friends around but I use my pax and solo more than anything thats why I sold my volcano but I miss it.
I prefer the bowls over the bags for making hash.

Man you can by this big kit for making BHO and propane wax and it is totally safe and takes out 99% of the solvent and you can use the solvent again. The company is called Extractiontec Solutions. They don't say how much it cost so I guess you would have to call them. It takes a kilo of product max. And from what I've seen from a video you get a couple OZ's of wax. And it only takes 60 minutes for the entire process.

Hey bro this is the method I use
The winterizing step is not needed but it does help remove the waxes to get a clearer product. I use the double boiler method instead of hot plates.
Keep all windows open and have the extraction fan over the cooker on full blast at all times, the evaped iso will mess your throat up if you don't.

Story lads, quick question for ya, I'm 34 days into flower, og is forming nicely, the lennon a bit behind, I usually give em 2 litres each every other day and am left with 5-10mm depth of run off in the tray under each pot, it usually evaporates away in an hour or two. However, yesterday I was watering as usual and noticed the tray under the lennon was about to overflow, barely caught it in time, flooding is not an option for me. Just curious if anyone can throw in any ideas as to why this happened? Could this be a problem with the roots/soil? They're both in round pots 30cm wide and high, can't remember the volume. They've been in these pots since week 5 or so, approx 8/9 weeks. Any ideas lads? Schound!

PAX can give alot of problems and need lots o cleaning and no backup in EU.
Vaporblunt have the BAKER coming out, Small and powerfull corded unit, and cheaper than vulcano.

Hey bro, flooding is not an option for me either with an attic grow. Your soil has prob come away from the edge of the pots after drying out, this happens real bad if you use molasses, I use a knife to 'plough' my soil before each watering and it stops this
It's not really a good idea to let the plants sit in the runoff as this contains salt buildup etc. (sometimes it can be a pain to empty the drip trays after every watering but it's worth it) also letting the runoff evap will raise your humidity and ya don't want this when ya get late into flower.
