Can you trust Eric Holder or anything he has to say? What happens when he no longer holds that position? Laws need to change, not simply this asshat's opinion. What gives him the right to pick and choose which laws to ignore rather than work to change the law like in his job description? If we're going lawless, why not just chose your own "laws" to ignore ;) I say this because these Treasury "guidelines" rely on Holder's earlier "guidelines".

People who voted for him I guess. I don't vote because it's a waste of time seeing how everyone is fake and full of lies. However if they give the green for banks to do business I highly doubt they'll back up on it because it has to do with money. Everything has to do with money and they love money!

No one voted for him, he's just one of Obama's closest friends he had politically appointed to the position. You are right on the cash though. Banks can afford to fight it out in court civilly at others expense while hiding behind the corporation criminally.

I agree with you and I don't trust any of them, but when it comes to cash it just seems like it never fails to motivate. I plan on opening a dispensary soon and the hold up was this. It's risk either way for me but I'm just tired of the industry I'm in.

i've been saying the same thing for a month or so now.. of course as a smoker, i'm glad that obama et al aren't upholding federal law and have let two states pass recreation laws, but on the other hand, i also wonder what will happen when the next person is in the oval office and they're not cool with cannabis..
until the law changes, it seems that obama and company may only be prolonging the agony in the long run..

All this backdoor end run bull shit!
Calling cannabis 'medicine' and dealers 'caregivers'.
Nothing but a short term way to ignore what is still crime.

I agree 100% with your larger point of "it's no one else's fucking business". Truth

BUT, there are indeed people that rely on canabis soley as a medicine who otherwiswe wouldn't touch the stuff. One of my good friends uses a canabis infused oil high in CBD. The canabinoids do wonders for his ulceritive colitis. He can't stand the feeling of being "high" though, and would never smoke a joint recreationally.
