Bad info...towards the end of this article it tells you it was in fact, the woman's neighbor (who was a minor) and his "friends"think the case would have gone different if the judge had allowed the one lady to testify that it was treyvon who robbed her house while she hid in the closet?.........its gross watching you people defend a criminal......
you should have watched the pre trial......that's where I got my info from....Bad info...towards the end of this article it tells you it was in fact, the woman's neighbor (who was a minor) and his "friends"
Also...this incident happened in August of the previous year (6 months prior to Treyvon Martin visiting his dad...the boy lived in Miami)
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/03/28/zimmerman-s-twin-lakes-community-was-on-edge-before-trayvon-shooting.html
Treyvon Martin smoked pot...some people might call that "criminal" but it's not...and he was suspended from school for fighting...
Hey now...we don't discriminate here in Florida...can't forget about poor little Kaylee Anthony...After listening to the guys testimony over the past week I don't see how they haven't convicted him yet. Murdering young black men has became little more than sport in Florida these days.
Its not in the pre trial because it never happened (I checked) you simply misunderstood what you heard...Treyvon Martin wasn't even HERE when that incident happened...he didn't live here!! The guy that did it was identified (with George Zimmermans wife's help) and arrested and released because it was her neighbor and he was a minor...you should have watched the pre trial......that's where I got my info from....
I don't think you would ever admit to a black teenage male doing anything wrong......... prisons full of em tho........Its not in the pre trial because it never happened (I checked) you simply misunderstood what you heard...Treyvon Martin wasn't even HERE when that incident happened...he didn't live here!! You never answered my question...
Prisons are full of old white child molesters too...young black men get in trouble daily...so do white, Hispanic, Asian...whatever....it's not the point...Martin wasn't on trial...and I don't believe burglary carries a death penalty anyway (IF he had broke into someone's home)I don't think you would ever admit to a black teenage male doing anything wrong......... prisons full of em tho........
im gonna stop before people start thinking im some kinda racist republican ....... you win...lol.....Prisons are full of old white child molesters too...young black men get in trouble daily...so do white, Hispanic, Asian...whatever....it's not the point...Martin wasn't on trial...and I don't believe burglary carries a death penalty anyway (IF he had broke into someone's home)
Castle Doctrine... Bang! At 17, my son would have beat the shit out of a creepy man following him...Running away by knocking the stranger down, straddling them and attempting to beat their brains out on the sidewalk.
Makes sense in Buckyworld... Not in the real world. Just ask the jury of MOTHERS about that...
Do you live near an airportCastle Doctrine... Bang! You're dead.
CD is in force in Florida, and I think every state in the union. If a burglar enters someone's home, he is fair game.
TM was in possession of multiple pieces of women's jewelry that came from a burgled home. TM was never charged with that because the school district he attended had a policy that precluded charging African American students with crimes. It was their way of "showing improvement" in arrests.
I don't know if TM did the actual burglary or just took the items as a fence, but it would not surprise me if he was the burglar in that incident.

However, there was ONE big issue. SRO Dunn never filed a criminal report, nor opened a criminal investigation, surrounding the stolen jewelry. Instead, and as a result of pressure from M-DSPD Chief Hurley to avoid criminal reports for black male students, Dunn wrote up the jewelry as “found items”, and transferred them, along with the burglary tool, to the Miami-Dade Police property room where they sat on a shelf unassigned to anyone for investigation.
...
School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho gave his hire, Police Chief Hurley, instructions to reduce the criminal behavior of young black males. The chosen strategy between them, to insure optical success, was to stop using the Criminal Justice System to punish black student behavior. Instead they instructed the School Resource Officers to use school discipline in place of criminal justice.
Another approach was the use of The Baker Act, to quantify behaviors under health HIPPA law secrecy by assigning the students with psychological problems. This allowed them to again use school discipline and work around criminal reports.
Without the reports, the statistics would improve immensely; And improve they did.
...
One of the examples of this in action was the jewelry incident and Trayvon Martin – as accidentally outlined in the Herald report. But the Herald never knew their reporting had launched an internal affairs investigation which led to the collapse of the scheme.
Meanwhile the stolen jewelry from the burglary (PD111021-422483) was sitting on a shelf in the Property Room listed as (2011-11477 “found items) gathering dust.
Until we started digging, and the FOIA requests revealed not only the scheme, but the fact a victim was never made whole with the return of their items.
This is America. Everyone lives near an airport.Do you live near an airport
Because you OBVIOUSLY missed the point...I will break it down for you...Castle Doctrine... Bang! You're dead.

I apologize if I misunderstood you.Because you OBVIOUSLY missed the point...I will break it down for you...
In "the eyes of the law" burglary does not carry a death penalty
This is TOTALLY irrelevant though because Trayton Martin was NOT on trial and he WAS NOT caught doing anything that was against the law...
As a resident of Florida I am WELL AWARE of our laws...and I FULLY support a persons right to protect themselves with a firearm from UNPROVOKED dangers...a concealed weapon is for PROTECTION...not back up...
I know of several instances where somebody shot and killed an intruder...no arrest, no trial, no problem...because it was CLEAR that the person was breaking into their home and they were in fear for their lives...
LMAO...whatever you say...he was SUCH a villain My own son should be doing life for the amount of times he got into fights...busted up somebody's fence trying to get away from school administrators while skipping class....oh and the WEEDI apologize if I misunderstood you.
There are a whole lot of Trayvon boosters on RIU that insist that Trayvon was a paragon of virtue and was incapable of doing anything wrong. I merely pointed out that TM had a history of bad behavior, he was no angel. He might have been innocent of any wrong-doing on the night he died, except for the assault and beating that led to his death.
Sometimes the guy whose skull you are bashing into the sidewalk is armed. I am no angel. I agree that kids do stupid shit and most live to tell about it. TM might have grown up and straightened out at some point. TM did not receive a death sentence for burglary though.LMAO...whatever you say...he was SUCH a villain My own son should be doing life for the amount of times he got into fights...busted up somebody's fence trying to get away from school administrators while skipping class....oh and the WEED
Do you smoke pot? Ever been in a fight as a teenager? Of course not...your a fuckin angel
I think the word you are looking for is nigger lovers.I apologize if I misunderstood you.

You see race in everything, how narrow minded of you.I think the word you are looking for is nigger lovers.
You are so fucking transparent and you don't even know it
"nigger lovers" is two words, and I have only heard them from your ilk on RIU.I think the word you are looking for is nigger lovers.

Only because you are too much of a coward to actually say what you want to directly."nigger lovers" is two words, and I have only heard them from your ilk on RIU.
