This is aprox. 4.71 OZ bottled so far but hopefully there will be another 3 OZ or so when the last buds decide they want to ripen.

Hey Jad3! I would like to wait to do a smoke report on pick # 3 & 4 which I just bottled. This was when most of them appeared to ripen. They were just put in bottles yesterday. I will try to slowly lower the humidity to 62% or so over the next 2-3 weeks... then another 1-3 weeks of curing so maybe a report in 3-5 weeks if I can can't taste taste any green grass flavor. I want to be fair to the buds.
Ok guys.. I can do a report on the first bud I cut. If I leave something out let me know and I will try to answer. I really don't know how to do a proper smoke report so what you see is what you get.
I picked this bud on 2/8 to test because it was prematurely ripening... There were no problems with the bud. It was just ready to ripen.
I hung it for 3 days and on 2/11 I vaped a sample.... still a little green tasting but I liked it so much I stopped using my previous stash and have been vaping it daily.
Bag appeal - buds nice and dense covered with trics
It has a very noticeable sativa influence... a clear and energetic mental effect.
Strength - very strong compared to what I am used to. I have experienced mild psychedelic effects with it with a few silly thoughts mixed in..... something I haven't felt for many years when I had some good Mexican bag weed.
This was after drying 3 days, then we will call it a 1 week cure. The grass flavor was only slight.
Flavors 1=weak and 9=strong:
Fruit [3] Petroleum [ 2] Grass/Hay [ 1] Citrus [4 ] Spice [ 7]
It also numbs my mouth and tongue.....
The overall taste is already good but I am sure it will get much better after more curing. (Of course this little bud will be long gone by then)
Here 3 pictures of the same tested bud, 1 picked 2/8, 2 dried 2/11 and 3 mostly smoked today 2/18.... Oh and in a few minutes there will be a lot less.

Damnnnnn muck.....that bud sounds killer.....I am going to run c99 at some point...

Hey Spaaacie. I believe either your GIF file size or file dimensions were are too large.... The maximum size of your custom image is 160 by 160 pixels or 120.0 KB (whichever is smaller). There are free online tools to reduce it. http://ezgif.com/ looks like a good one... Use 'crop' and/or 'reduce' to get the dimensions below or at 160 x 160 then 'optimize' to reduce the file size below 120.0 kb.

Heh.. Oh, FYI if you edit an antimated gif with software not designed for animated gifs you will lose the animation.

beautiful stuff man. Some real bud porn in here +rep. I got a keeper c99 right now, bubble gum smelling stems, 10 finger leaves, the stretch has been incredible. It has grew over 3 feet in 15 days of 12/12. This was untopped. I've had to tie the main stem down now as it was getting to close to the light, the stem is super flexible though and it bent down no problem at all, now I got a bush. Your cured buds look very similar to my first ever cured c99 , which was awesome smoke.

Thanks, for the +rep friend. These c99's are super. I still have 2 seeds left and I am was so impressed I am thinking about doing a project with them to produce a bunch of female seeds using colloidal silver.
I see you also had some nice colors in yours. While they were still growing some some would get very bright orange calyxes mixed in with the green. On others part of the leaves turned purple and some also had a overall yellow cast to them.

I just weighed and bottled harvest # 5, the large popcorn. They weighed 8.81 grams, not that much for all the trim work but this stuff is just too good to waste! I wonder it they would make a good snack?
The other C99 pheno is finally showing signs of ripening. They are now at day 60 of 12/12. On other 5 plants the very first buds started to show ripening like this around 46 days. This late plant also has much larger colas. I am going to keep these bud separate and compare when cured.
This bud is starting to get ripe.

yes you should definitely make those seeds if you can. It seems to be quite a stable strain I have grown it 4 times now and each plant has been great. I've never seen a bad journal or review of them either, so in theory the seeds you would produce should be good quality. I have noticed c99 gets even better after about 8 weeks curing btw

Hey all. This last C99 has been at 12/12 for 60 days. This pheno is ripening much slower than the others but the buds are getting nice and big. I would really like to chop it but it still doesn't look quite ready to me. The other C99's were all cut between 52 & 56 days.
