So Canada can make great players but can't make a GM who can bring them the CUP? The healthcare in Canada is not the same quality that we get in the states. My daughter had to have brain surgery when we lived in Michigan and I spoke with families in Canada that had to take their child to North Dakota to get an MRI because of the wait times and the way the their system worked, and a real lack of adequate equipment. Like 1 MRI machine in the province?
I don't know, I'm in Alaska and we respect them we don't envy them....At all.
One exception is they have a city that rhymes with vagina. That's cool.
The USA has pretty much the best medical research facilities in the world. The resources of some of those large hospitals truly is amazing.
One mRI machine in a province? Not likely.... maybe in Nunavut? lol
I live in a tiny town (4000 people), and our hospital has an mRI, CT, and bone scan machine.... Without knowing specifically where it was that you were talking about, it'd be impossible to speak accurately about it.
That being said, when people want immediate answers and have the money, they go to the mayo clinic. Their $10,000-15,000 gets the diagnostics done so they can be home in a few days. Gotta pay to play tough. Considering the seriousness and frequency I injure myself (lol) I've never had any problems whatsoever, be it wait times or availability of medicine.
