2 seeds 1 pot

Hi, Im growing some autos in 15L air pots with coco pro. wondering a few things:

  • Can i plant two auto seeds in 1 15L air pot as I want a lot of bud....mmm bud.
  • If so should i plant them both in the middle or far out from each other?
  • One of my autos is now emerging a 4th set of new fan leaves. can i feed her and if so what can people reccomend(on a budget)

the 2 seeds will fight for root space eventually robbing nutrients from each other, your much better off just doing 1 plant or putting them in seperate pots. if ur plant is about 3 weeks old or is starting to yellow on the bottom fan leaves you can start light nutes

about the plants fighting, I dont mind that. I have a 600w hps, and if i do 2 then i get more than 1 so im trying to be lOgical. but the quality of the bud will be affected but surely i will get a lot more bud right?

And besides not being the answer the OP is looking for, completely off base... all not bad advice, just wrong...

Do you have any idea how big a 15 L pot is?
Do you have any idea how big the final root ball of an "AUTO" flower is when done?

OP-- You will be fine with two auto's in a 15 LITER Pot...
Come on logic tells us that 7.5 liters is a big enough pot for an auto...

Just do it... and come on back here and tell us how good it was....

I have grown two clones out in a 1.5 gallon pot [when I started to get 100% clones to live, I had extra clones for a while]...
Side by side next to a clone born on same date, single plant in pot [1.5 gallon small pot!]
All three plants born on same date, transplanted on same date, harvested on same date... yield was all within 1 gram...
I know, clones, and not seedlings, and for sure not autos...
Good Luck man... You've got the logic...

Thankyou for bringing so much knowledge and helpful information to this thread. Keep on racking up that post count with spam though ;)

Why are you advising him to grow in the same pot? ask any grower who knows what they're doing, it's a general no no for obvious reasons. Doesn't matter how large the pot is. Imagine you have 2 different phenotypes with very different feeding requirements, you're a little bit fucked. What is the point in taking the risks when you can simply use 2 pots instead?

Planting two in a pot is generally a bad idea for a multitude of reasons, but do as you wish. far apart would certainly be ebtter with regard to main stems being further apart, but you'll still encounter the same potential issues beneath the soil and as a result, above the soil.
