Leaf curling/cupping problem

This plant is around three weeks old and the leaves are starting to curl/cup. I can't figure out what the problem is because I have five other plants and they get the same treatment as this plant and they are fine. I water all of them the same and they are all under the same lights. They are under eight 200W Equivalent Daylight (6500K) Spiral CFL Light Bulbs. I just have them under the lights until I put them outside in the spring. They are in Miracle Grow soil. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Looks like too much water and an n toxicity
How come the other plants aren't doing the same thing? They get the same amount of water and they are in the same kind of soil. I haven't added any other nutrients to it. The soil I bought already had nutrients added to it.

Could be growing conditions, are they all the same strain? There is too much left out to tell you anymore.

You don't have to add nutes to the MG, better for you to mix in 30-50% pelite to dilute those 'hot' affects and avoid compaction, and learn not to over water so much..put a small fan in there and a temp gauge too ,..maintain 75f/25c
...see you plants as individuals like pets than a dvd collection ...lol

8 ...x ...200w CFL's is excessive ..time to get serious and get an appropriate lamp, as there is dimishing return on cfl's I think its about 200w -250w?
