I gotta say Attitude is what you make it. They are a distributor. SO there is bad shit and good shit. They don't have their own "purple haze" - you would be buying 1 of 4 varieties from different vendors. Saying they have bad gear is like saying you ate at Chili's and it sucked so Providence has terrible food.
If you order something from a "new"company you are probably getting fucked, because chances are it is an overpriced rip of someone elses work and is probably an F1 so a lot of variation and surprise. Same goes for ordering oddball genetics/unpopular dutch brands etc., because chances are you are getting old stock. Its like going to a bar that has 100 taps(not doherty's- someplace like sunset grill in boston) ... you order an obscure kolsh, chances are the draft lines will be dirty and your beer will taste like ass because NO ONE EVER BUYS IT. Now order something they turn over regularly, you'll be smiling. Attitude is safe and secure for the east coast in my experience. I always pay for the discrete shipping (comfy socks) and I never have a problem. Just order something from a company who you hear people talking about alot. Or go the other route and order direct form a smaller supplier like sannies or mandala who take pride in their work. The truth is that if you grow it well it's almost impossible to have a "bad" plant. You can def have amazing gear, but of 100's of plants I've grown from seed I've had very few not sprout(and they were from KC brains, kaliman and Black Label- not popular brands proving my point) and maybe 3 varieties that didn't rock everyone's socks off(2 from TH seeds and 1 from sensi)... Everything else (DNA, dinafem, mandala, positronics, DJ short, G13, Sagamarha, seedism, nirvana, world of seeds among many) has been either A or A+ haven't heard a peep of complaint. For your first grow I swear you ought to just go with mandala, the prices are amazing, the quality is top notch and the people are so SO nice.
Just my two cents.
