you can take the 'helmet' off gently lol so the leaves recieve moar light sick cab btw
go ez on the watering, you want the leaves like \ / towards the light, closest plant is drooping from overwatering
i havent used jiffys before but im guessing they will retain alot of water

ya i think i may have overwatered a bit..I'm layin off it now...The jiffys are fine under the dome but once you take it off they dry out real quick...Once i transplanted I watered the whole party cup till I got runoff...Maybe I shouldn't have done that.

thanks for the compliment on the cab...I still have some tweaking to do like move the current fan over to the veg chambers, put a new higher cfm fan above the flower chamber, and add side lighting to the flower chamber.

Hey cd...ya they are doin' ok....I check on them about once every 24 hours, and every time I do they are a little bigger....The second set of nodes are comin' in now on all of them....

One of the plants has looked a little over-watered - kinda wilted yet it is growing as fast as the others if not faster, lol

I think I got 6 6500 and 2 2700 in there right now with only my weak pc fan blowing....Temp was 77...I still have a better pc fan to cool the lights that is turned off, and a big wally world fan that is not on....So I am not too worried about temps I don't think....Also, at some point the current fart fan is going to be moved over the vegg chambers just to exhaust them ,and I will get a more powerful fart fan to do just the flower chamber....At least that's what I 'm thinkin' at this point...

I still have to add the T5 strip lights....I was debating if I should go all 4 corners, or maybe all 4 corners and one in the rear middle too.....

I figure I'll update new pics about once a week...So you gotta wait till the 25th, lol

here ya go...They seem a little droppy...I am thinking either I may have overwatered a bit, or maybe the jiffy pellets aren't the best ? Regardless I think they are growing fast...They look bigger each day that I look at them...In the last day 2 of them really exploded with new nodes....

I am going to be using air-pots after the party cups...I didn't buy the air-pots that were the party cup size cause some guy was swearing about them on another site...I should not have listened to him...He basically said they suck cause you have to water them everyday...Well you know what ? I grow with cfls...I have to check my plants every day anyways to make sure they haven't grown too close to the lights...So not a big deal for me with just a few plants to have to water them everyday...I really think at this stage those air-pots could be very beneficial at this stage by not keeping the medium too moist......I just ordered two from rogue hydro....They are only $2.75 each shipped....

I'll be able to get one female with my luck, lol....Even if I get one or two, I'll just grow some monsters...After the party cups i got 1 gallon, 3 gallon, and 5 gallon air-pots if need be.

Yeah and then LST to expose all the new shoot growth at each node to light. Of course, I'm more of a top back to second node, once you get to the 5th or 6th node and train little stumps, similar to the plants in my thread. I like to break the single cola dominance early and spread growth evenly. Of course, Concord Dawn's fim (? I guess that's what it is?) looks interesting too. I think the main thing is to promote horizontal growth of main stems, to expose maximum amount of light to bud sites.

They look fully saturated with water to me. You are letting them get a little dry between watering, right?

I think I do a good job of keeping the lights real close to the plants....like 1 to 2 inches....and these plants are looking a lot like my last grow.....real tight nodes.....what's better for this type of plant ? Topping or the fim method ?

Cool. In my experience, droopy plants who's fan leaves didn't reach up for the lights was due to three things. One, full of water and not necessarily a bad thing as long as foliage is green and generally regulates itself after a day or two. Two, dried completely out, stressing as seen in drooping leaves. Alleviated by watering, duh, haha. And three, some strains seem to droop more than others and I know that probably sounds like a cop out. I do notice that my plants seem to droop more when the humidity is way low, like 20%, instead of the 56% I currently have. At least your plants are looking healthy otherwise.
