i topdressed kelp meal last night on all plants and my whole place smells like kelp.. I love it.. The down to earth kelp meal has the best scent. It smells like the beach straight out of the box... I grew up at the beach I kind of miss the kelp / salt in the air smell

That Jesus OG x Scotts looks great! I think I saw mohican has it too. It looks so vigorous! Where would I pick some up at? Or is it a clone only or something. I'm subbed up by the way. I'm hoping to learn a whole bunch from you and the crew here. Happy growing and you plants look amazing!

Nice looking youngins^^..........got to get me some kelp smell:-)

Thoughts on using crushed trader joes all natural charcoal as a bio char alternative? Home depot finally had their organic mushroom compost in stock around me......cheap amendment for next round.

thanks , nice to have you along.. I'll teach what I can.. Or answer what I can. The Jesus og x Scotts og is one of Mohicans crosses. A bunch of us on RIU met up at the last cannabis cup in san b.

thanks , the kelp smell is great lol. I have no idea on the charcoal. I'll have to go check it out. I didn't even know trader Joes had their own charcoal. Foreverflyhi or spicy sativa might know more about it. You will be stoked on mushroom compost. They don't carry it here , nor will they ship it to Cali. I have to make my own. Add to the worm bin. Mushrooms produce quite a bit of mycelium . So that's good. I'm adding some mycelium cake that I concocted to a compost tea next watering.

Nice there captain. They look happy , even the runt. What light are they under. Mine are under an Inda Gro 420 (no pontoon). At 2 feet away. I sprouted them under same light. Nodes are pretty close. Stems are a little thicker than other seeds I've done at this point. I always started them under t5 single bulbs then move under 8 bulb. The 420 does well for seeds even though it might be over kill. I'm transplanting tonight if I get off my ass. Then I will move the light closer. About 18 inches away.

No wonder the old thread wasn't being updated...thanks for leaving me Hy n dry :cry: Never heard of 'DTE' until now. They should make kelp air fresheners for cars/Amish buggies.

Didn't have room for them under my T5 so I've had them in a closet with some Cree 5000k A19's on a heat mat. I've had to keep them under the dome because of the extreme cold and very low humidity that comes with the cold. My humidifier has only been able to keep it between 30 and 40 percent.
