First Time Scrog

Ok this is my very first scrog which will be Devils Harvest Shoreline. I was wondering should I plant my seed in its final pot from seedling all the way through!! Input please.... I know that I won't be able to move my pot once it grows into the net!!!

start in smaller pot grow and train plant transplant as plant grows after final pot size then scrog

Transplants will cause some stress if done carelessly. There's always that chance you could snap the taproot. If I do transplant, it's only ever from a solo cup straight to the flwr pot. Then i'll feed with some Superthrive to ease the drama. I like to plop 'em right into the flowering pot when i see the first set of "true leaves". Eliminates the variables. I'm with you, I don't see the point in going from pot to pot. Just plant the bitch in what it's going to live in and be done with it.

Since you're going to scrog I would suggest some lst/topping. Better to have a nice trained plant with healthy even tops before you put that screen down.
