Sounds fucky to me. Your ma asks him to donate some little men so she can have a kid, knowing she was a lesbian and what that meant (this is how you described the situation in another thread), your ma get's herself a wife, yet this poor bloke who was kind enough to do your ma a favor, as opposed to accidentally knocking her up, has to then pay absurd amounts. He shouldn't have to pay a dime!

Yup my ex told the judge she was a full time student andbwas unable to work due to schooling. So the judge says since she is not working to not impute child support on her side of the calculator ( sc dss says impute minimum wage 7.25/hour) but the judge says not to impute ob he behalf and I pay her 600 dollars as I should help provide while my child is with her she lives w her mom and recieves food stamps but I still have to oay 600+ a month and I have primary custody. I wanna kick the judge in the balls and rip them bitches off

I'm a love child, in every sense of the word and the circumstances in which I came to be couldn't be more cliche, a married man and his lover in the backseat of his classic muscle car. My mom didn't want to ruin his life and said she wanted to raise me herself, he obliged and I've never known the man {until it was time for him to die and he wanted to reconcile, I refused} but the courts felt otherwise and said he was required to pay support. My mom said she didn't want anything at all, they insisted he pay something, so she asks for the least amount possible, we were to receive $1/mth until I was 18, now whether or not my mom actually got this payment I don't know {or care to} and the funny thing...we did ok.

This was a very different time/place and I still ponder how things might have been if my mom were to have made a bigger stink about money/support, personally I would rather have a dad then a bank account, but that's just me.

I would seriously start reading the fine print...when my brother was paying that kind of money..in my state.. that money was for said childs well bein and she is suppose to buy clothes even for my brothers house when they stay there. She didnt buy the kids clothes and he took her ass back to court..needless to say he has the kids now. Now that worthless whore is filin bankruptcy 6-8 months later. God I love it when money hungry M/Frs get the bouncin green thumb:hump:

my mom got her wife like 10 years after my mom and dad hooked up.

ya'll dont need to know the whole story, regardless of what it was or what happend my dad didnt mind paying. he wanted to support me as his child and made sure i got everything i needed
unlike some women my mom didnt blow it on cigerettes or new clothes for herself she kept that money strickly for me, and kept some in savings

Nice to see that he wanted to do the right thing. Too many folks out there think kids are toys or a way to screw with the other parent. As long as you had loving parents, it is all good.
My kids are gone from home now but I still am with my wife. A rare thing, but as the song goes, sometimes it's "cheaper to keep her!" I actually still like her most of the time. :)

well he wanted me too, but after he got his new wife who has since destroyed his life, they went to court and fought over nothing to be fought about and than because he makes so much money was told he had to pay so much and my college/university.

all because his wife couldnt accept the deal my mom and him made.

*rolls eyes* kinda backed fired on his wife i guess lol
