Ok smart people.
In 25-30 words write a constitutional amendment that ends this war on us.
We need government out of our gardens....

We the people of the state of ........... Know cannabis to be a benificial plant and it shall be regulated no differently than any other beneficial plant.




We have to take the power away from these 'people'


Post this bit of homework around ;)

why hasn't de'angelo or one of the other arc view billionaires club started this process????? o wait it would open the door for a bunch more competition.... i guess not enough massacres involving bud have happened yet.

how would one go about starting a state ratification convention? would it need to be the governors of the states or the senators? or what? the people? couldn't be the people lol that wouldnt work!

hmmm i never really thought about looking into the legal process that happened when prohibition was lifted, probably something we all should be studying pretty hard to see if theirs any roles we can fill. i for one am gonna hit the history books thats for sure.

The Bill of Rights .. a Government that does not follow by them is a Illegitimate Goverment. Why does it say Congress has the right to cast money for public utility at NO interest to the people and we borrow it from The Federal Reserve at interest

*like* there is a surplus of dollar coins right now because people don't like them, but they're all struck by the mint correct? I was actually thinking about hoarding a few stacks. As for the amendment I believe it still would technically be a problem, because Anslinger had such a stick up his ass in 1961 he pushed for the NATO single convention on narcotics.

Ferndale has taken a few people to court and sued them for collecting water from their rooftop gutters, successfully I might add. Apparently in the city you have to own the right to water in order to collect it. Sick, just sick
