charades...

A business has the right to refuse service to anyone, if you don't agree with this service, go somewhere else.. Regarding being called a bigot, :), hey, at least I am not considered 13% of the population, commit 50% of the homicides, 60% of violent crime, 50% of the larceny, and 85% of new HIV infections...

am I a rock? am I a tank? am I black? Black and Gay.. hey, there is nothing new. :weed:
damn, you've cleared up any possible doubt now with your "at least i'm not black" comments.

Perfectly understood UncleCracker.
What part of "southern democrats perpetrated and carried out the agression that led to the civil rights movement to begin with" are you having trouble with?

See I keep wanting to discuss cause and you keep talking about effect, there's your problem.
it was actually just southerners of any political stripe, hence why you guys were subject to preclearance as a geographic whole, rather than democrat controlled legislatures.

you can try to rewrite, revise, and distort history all you want, it won't change anything about your racist home or your racist views.

I hoped you would find a special appeal toward any common ground. ;) UB, you are the absolute anomaly regarding typical White-on-Black stereotypes. Black and Gay is like a double whammy.. Instead of committing to a life of chasing white chicks and malt liquor, you have become an intelligent blogging buff.

I applaud you!

...did that come off as sarcastic? Sorry, no offense. :hump:

Let's take the race issue and gay thing out of it for a moment.
you would like that, wouldn't you?

that way, we can all stop focusing on how you call hate crimes, affirmative action, and even title II public accommodations "special rights" or "extra rights" for black people.

because as we all know, getting to eat at the same lunch counter as a white person is a "special right", according to robroy.

but he's totally not racist folks.

does looking down upon others for their race or sexual preferences make you feel better about your pathetic life, or do you just do it because it sends blood to your otherwise flaccid pecker?

#2? What do you have against the right to refuse service? There is usually a sign on the door which says, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone", are you complaining about the poor service - because this is what it is, POOR SERVICE, not discrimination. There is no law which says I am forced to kiss your arse and I will never be your slave. I will teach my children what I think of immoral people and that is our way.

Are you obsessed with liberty as long as it suits you? What about liberty of the others who choose to ignore you? Fuck them? See, you are a hypocrite... ..I figured that. ;)

Based on factors they can control, like no shirt, no shoes, etc.. Not things they can't control, like being black or homosexual

People who use liberty, and the 1st amendment as a shield for their racist propaganda, then cry victim, when a big Uncle Buck sized penis is forced down their throat for being a disgusting bigot, makes me lulz.

They don't need a reason to ask anyone to leave, private property is not public property. if you are disturbing other customers, you will be asked to leave.. I have seen those, "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service".. blah.. what about pants? :)

If Uncle Buck, (black and gay), strolled into a McDonalds with shoes, a shirts, and his pecker flapping in the frosting, would they asking him to leave because he is black? Would he have us believe it is about race, considering the rules said nothing about a lack of pants?

What if Uncle Buck came rolling into a McD's with his standard get-up of; 1 belly-tied t-shirt, 1 speedo, 1 pink hat, 2 pony-tail hairbands, 1 lolly pop, 1 pair of roller skates.. Now, is he breaking any rules? See the dilemma? When does a fashion statement become cruel to other customers.. In the 1980s, punks were often kicked out of stores because they smelled like shit, bad hair, offended other guests.. In the 60s it was the hippies.. now it's the gays...

Where is the freedom to go to another store, you will offend the guests and you will leave the private property. :)

Some guy did this in a County Court bathroom and they arrested him and took him to jail. :-? Now that is a vicious case of the illegal shits.. Yes, Even your shit can be brought to court. Lawyers are trying to find a way to sue the shit as it is being born from deep within the bigoted ass. Only old people, children, and blacks are allowed to make a dirty smell without legal repercussion.
