Second grow, one seedling is yellowing, unable to diagnose! Please help!! **PICS**

So this is my second grow that I've started, I'm growing Girl Scout Cookies (thin mint pheno) and LSD. The GSC is doing just fine, but the LSD is showing significant yellowing. I've looked at some leaf charts, but I'm really bad at diagnosing based off that. All the yellowed leaves look, moreorless, the same to me.

Can someone please help me diagnose this problem and tell me what I should do to remedy?

They're just over three weeks from seed, germinated in container soil. Using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and SNS 604A Vegetation Growth Supp (only used it once so far on both plants). In 5-gal container, pH measured at 6.5 and they are under two 100w LEDs (this is just the veg tent). RH is about 50%-70%, temp is currently about 75 (could be a little better) and haven't used any fert yet and have only watered once, as it was needed, in the three weeks since I planted them.

you've only watered once?!..in 3 weeks? and i dont know what is

Yea, only watered once so far. They're in 5-gallon pots and they're still seedlings, they don't use very much water. Plus, they are being grown under LEDs, so the heat output is greatly reduced and thus evaporation is slower. I am monitoring soil moisture, so I am watering appropriately, of that I am certain.

how long ago did you use the SNS?.. Id stick with water on that one till it gets more established. some strain love the lil stuff others are very tender to it.

I don't have my logs in front of me (it's all the way upstairs), but it was fairly recently that I used the SNS. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it was before or after this showed up. I would think it was before, so perhaps that's what caused it? The Girl Scout Cookies, though, were fed with the same dose, same 1-gallon watering and she's doing great. I mean, I guess no two plants are alike (usually), but still. I'm going easy on the LSD ever since this showed up. Does it look like any deficiency or toxicity, tho? I'm pretty bad at deciphering those leaf charts. Or does it look like it will outgrow the problem?

its hard..very hard for a plant that size to have a deficiency w/ such new soil..Ive learn to leave the plant alone and water..if it gets worse..address it again..and wait!!!
