Bugs! Please help!

I was watering the plants and noticed little insects flying around! These are my babies! They look like little fruit flies. I noticed them before and then I didn't for awhile. Since then, I sprayed them with neem oil and now I'm noticing them more! They are now crawling on the floor... They don't seem to be great fliers, but they do fly!

Does anyone know what these are from the pictures...? What should I do????

I also bleached everything in the room... It seems like the majority of these were hanging out in the trays the pots were in...

Okay go buy some plant safe bug killer or make some. dont use bleach nowhere close to your plants. not even in same room. take 3-5 really hot peppers the kind you cant eat even on a bet. mince them up good seeds and all simmer that with 4 cups water at around 120 degrees for 30 min. strain out the junk and save the juice. let it cool then add to spray bottle. find a long sleeve shirt bandana to cover your mouth and some glasses. turn off all fans and mist the hell out or your plants and the soil. repeat every day for 3 days then every 3 days for 2 weeks then you are set. your plants dont feel pain like we do and the pepper spray wont hurt them at all and it has nutrients also. dotn use any kind of bug bomb period unless you want dead plants or plants i would never smoke.

Are you 4 real? What's up with the bleach? Why not use it near your plants?

Ok ok... hopefully this is a way to not risk getting burnt with pepper spray at least this time.... some people said continue to spray neem oil... I was going to do that every day... Also, I poured vinegar with a few drops of soap in bowls and mixed them with a few drops of soap.. Within an few hours I caught about 3-4 of them.

I also put raid strips in there and I washed all the trays.... I was going get some perlite tomorrow and pour it in the top of the soil

There not a super abundance of them, but I can go down there and shake some a little an find some.

Thaks for the advice! Sounds scary as hell! Anyone else want to chime in on this???

I use bleach to clean the room when its empty. i never use it when plants are in the room. As for pepper spray it works. so does a trap like you made. but you need to kill the larva they laid. the pepper spray will do that. neem oil will help but you cant use as much of it. see the plants dont get hurt by the pepper spray but the bugs do. google it.

its one of the best ways. just prtect your skin eye's and mouth when spraying.
I'm going to read more about the pepper spray.... I got a better picture of one in the trap... Can you tell from this pic?

Should I spray neem oil I the soil as well?

Thanks everyone!
