I honestly appreciate it a ton! I need to message you. If this grow yields enough I will buy two more 190s. Tomorrow is usually when I water but I'll test the soil first. I plan on putting the molasses in tomorrow and 1/8 nutes.

I gotta call the hydro store about the nutes. The back says to distribute per gallon but it says week 2 veg = 15

No where does it say what 15 equals... I'm guessing ML

I held off in watering today. . The soil is moist about 2.5" deep and the one i gave nutes is showing almost no growth possible over watering. I might drop them to 7 day water schedules. The plant I gave nutes to seems to be doing good. The first set of leaves(from sprout) did have small brown spots but only on those leaves.. The first true set of leaves is not showing them. I'll post pics tomorrow

I'll probably venture down to pick up some calmag tomorrow and use it in the next feeding with molasses and nutes. I use distilled so calmag will most likely end up a must.

You are correct if your pot is 8 inches deep and there is moisure at 4 inches then no water. The time to worry about watering is when you put them into flower. that is when they go nuts and grow like a weed. the reason you want to the soil to be 75% dry is so oxygen gets to the roots more. and your roots will grow to the bottom of pot so if you are not sure add some water to the drip tray. if it drinks it dry in a couple hrs then you know its dry enough to water.

if you are seeing any sign of leaf issue then you need to small amount of veg nutes to the molasses. your molasses has cal/mag that is why we use it the whole grow bro.

if you can find some mineral mix that has copper and like 30 other minerals sprinkle on the soil. plants love minerals. the soil will break them down. that is why i love my well water. I want to get a rock crusher so i can go to the lake take a few rocks form it crush it and add the dust to the soil. I have lava rocks on the bottom of all my plants and right now they are starting to break down some of the minerals from them. check out my grow in my sig. im an old grower outdoors and im learning the lights for indoor.

Okay I'll worry just about the molasses and check for mineral sprinkle. I'm hoping the no growth from the one without nutes is just building it's root system still. Leaves look good but the limited growth is annoying.

As bad as I want to get the nutes and molasses in I will probably wait until they are dry to dust.. more or less 10% wet. Patience is key

I definitely think I f'd over.. anyways I went ahead and watered just now. I gave 2.5 ML nutes(1/8) and 1/2 tbsp molasses to a 1 gallon jug of distilled water. I fed my 1/2 gallon bags(just 2) about half that gallon in a 45min interval. I did receive quite more than 20% run off. I went ahead and drained the tray and set that open cup in front of the fan to promote a little more humidity. I'm sure I'll see signs of overwatering but I'm glad to get the nutes in there to stop these deficiencies.

okay now nutes in soil so wait let them get thirsty. and then add 1/2 cup water first then more nutes. slowly step up nutes each week as the plant doubles in size. you wil be okay.

Perfect. dont worry about the under leaves and spots yet. you havae allot of perlite in your soil so it doesnt hold as much water and allows more oxygen into soil also. Advise is patients. I find when i leave them alone and dont mess with them they do better. in 2 weeks start lst training. ill walk you threw it if you need. now no water/nutes for 5 days take a calendar and mark today as fed/watered with what you added. keeping notes is huge till you learn them then its reflex next grow. Ill be around. if you get bugs have some pepper spray handy. hit google for good recipe. im beet and heading to bed soon. or i can tell you how in am.

Pics after water. And an ugly sprout pic toss in

Tested run off at 6.2

I shouldn't have any bugs right now and I haven't seen any. You mentioned giving water then nutes??? Should I not be mixing the nutes in the water? Also I have a little less than a half gallon of water left from this feed.. do I have to remake a batch of nutes and molasses next feeding in a new jug? Or can I add nutes and more molasses into the current half empty gallon?

yes mix the gallon jug but before adding the nute/molasses/water mix add 1/2 cup pure water first, this will keep you from nute burning them. just something ive always done. even for my tomatoes and stuff outside i water then water/feed. its jsut good practice.
