Need Help Today Please (Replant tomorrow)

Okay I have a few questions so I will let you know what im doing first and see if you can help, I have 4 plants growing at the moment about 2 weeks old in small pots, they are growing rather well at the moment and now one of them has roots coming out the bottom of the pot, pots are about 14cm high and im just using normal soil that came with the pots, water them every 2-3 days and are currently under 1 x 23w cfl light but it has done wonders so far for them, the strain I am not sure of as just got the seeds out some ok weed, I am clearing out a small cupboard in my house to fit more CFL light fixtures and can fit 3 in, I am going to be transplanting these tomorrow so I need some help to get this done right, ~~I am not bothered about a huge harvest as I only have a small cupboard space but I would like to get at least some smoke hopefully, Questions I have are 1. What size of pots should I get for transplanting 2. What kind of cfl bulbs should I buy for them. 3. What soil should I get for the new pots and should I use perlite? 4. will they need any nutrients? 5. how often will I water them in the bigger pots? 6. How do I transplant the plants without causing any root damage and if I do what will happen? (Especially the one with roots coming out the bottom) This is my proper first grow as other plants snapped a few years ago so all help is appreciated and I will update you all on how things went when the time comes, much appreciated guys :)

Bare this in mind.

You are going to want to aim for around 100w of cfl light per plant to sustain the growth requirements of each plant.

If using 23w cfl then you'll need daylight and warm white cfls to have a better spectrum. 1 daylight bulb with 3 warm white bulbs.

Transplanting.

Watering.

You want to water when the pot has lost approx 50% of its weight. Or is dry a couple of inches from the top when sticking your finger in.

Nutrients.
Most soil will be pre fertilised. Containing feed from a few weeks to a few months.
Perlite is always a great addition.
As for how often they'll need nutrients this depends entirely on growth rates and amount of light supplied.

Thanks man, Do you mean I need 4 lights around each plant this meaning 16 lights for the 4 plants or 4 lights surrounding the 4 plants altogether?

BTW, What does pop the rootball mean? is there a ball of roots within the soil that I need to squeeze to pop it or am I being stupid lol :o

Am I able to transfer these plants straight into a mix of coco and perlite mix? is it easy to buy from the likes of B&Q etc...?
The only thing you'll find in BandQ with coco is miracle grow lawn seed and feed. Lol.

Hydro shops or online.

About £12 a 50L bag.

However you'll need to make sure you have a method to test the nutrient feed pH and that you buy coco specific nutrients which contain elevated levels of calcium and magnesium and lower levels of potassium to compensate for the naturally occurring potassium from the coco.

My advice is stick to soil where you won't have to mess around with pH for the time being.
