would hempy buckets work outside?

I grow 1 or 2 plants outside. I have always used soil. I was just curious if hempy buckets would work outside. I live in northern california, so it gets pretty hot here in the summer. If they would work outside, do I need to water them everyday or just keep watering just as a normal hempy bucket?

I'm no expert, but as far as watering, I would just watch the plants and see what they want.I've read you can't overwater a hempy, so with only 2 plants, watering every day would be reasonable if you wanted too.

I know a lot of people who love to hydro outdoors.

Keep your root zone temps below 70F and maybe add some h202, or hygrozyme. Dissolved Oxygen is absorbed more efficiently with lower root temps. 65F is good. 60F is better.

If your using chemicals, I would suggest h202 to fight root rot/slime problems -

Don't use chemicals if you're growing organically. IE - Hyrgrozyme is not compatible with h202, or Bleach

you cant over water hempy buckets because any extra water flows out through the hole you made in the bucket, go for it

If you use a 3 gallon bucket and mix 3:1 perlite/vermiculite you will likely be good for several days
No need to do anything special, they will grow as good outdoors as indoors

You can't really over water them but on the other hand you do want them to dry out before watering.
When they are young you should water daily until they establish roots to the reservoir

I was just asking if you had to do anything different since outdoors. I mean with hot summer temps or anything.
No, nothing special other than to keep a close eye for spider mites/bugs

Well actually yes, you must pray to the sun gods every night and curse the dreadful rain gods with every breath.
