i opened 2 up and its banana ville under my scope. so yep it is a hermie. well now i can rearrange my room and use just hps and led. and ill transplant all remaining plants into 3-5 gallon pots. i measured the Hermie it was 39 inches tall . oh well nothing i can do but say timber. i'll still have a harvest since i have 2 that have flowers and no balls. and 2 more i know are female and 3 which look like female but ill wait till i see flowers or balls. i got a busy day tomorrow. I do have to work some so i may not get it all done till sunday.

Okay started with 9 plants 5 blueberry and 4 unknown. now i have 3 blueberry females and 1 unknown female the other unknown isnt showing sex yet. here are some pics of the plants i sexed today and transplanted into bigger pots and of coarse my pride and joy C99 Female in veg.

you can see 2 clones also 1 blueberry and 1 unknown. tossed other clone it was from a male. i might also start another C99 from seed so it will be ready when this C99 goes into veg and i take clones from her just in case.

Not hermie me being stupid(first indica strain) and wanting it to be female. the rest of the males are out. i scoped all plants. (started with 9) 5 are 100% female no balls anywhere just lovely white hairs and flowers. I need to get more soil so i can transplant last lady into bigger pot and also transplant my c99. i need a 5 gallon for the c99 if im gonna keep her in veg another 6-8 weeks then i may have to get a 10 gallon since she will be so huge. she already has 10 tops soon to be 20 then 40.

if you haven't killed the blueberry male it may be time to dust the bottom nugs for some good beans to add to your collection. i got my sour diesels going and my males will help me on mine. when i get my new room finished i'll breed till i find the strain i really like, which will be the one that doesn't dry my eyes out. i already have old dry eyes and some smoke doesn't bother me and others kill me. peace

I cant chance pollination. i have 5 more blueberry seeds and 1 clone started. ill start more clones soon now i know they are all female. have to run and get more soil these big buckets/pots take allot. when i get better at indoor and expand ill make a male grow area and even cross a few. but for now learning the lights and indica. my sativa has sweet buds going. got seeds from a friend not sure what strain she is. he had bought 5 strains and had them laying around. so a surprise and when she gets bigger buds im sure you all will help me figure out what she is. I should start having harvest end of april till end of may so ill need to get clones going in so i can get perpetual growing up and running. as i upgrade my lights and give my smaller ones away. gonna go with the kessil 350's and 400 watt CMH as a mix. i might keep my 180 watt ufo if it produces good yields.

i have read that the best mix of lights is the hps and led for the best buds. the hps will make them big and the leds help them get frosty. i know someone was talking they had flowered under each led, hps and mh. then mixed led/hps, led/mh, and hps/mh, said the next round was going to be all three. i'm gonna have to find that thread to watch.

when you do come share the link please. right now they are not combined. i want to see the diff myself. this grow is to sort out all males make clones and figure what lights i want to invest in. I really like the kessil 350's and the CMH. if i get a big tent i might change it up a bit. but for closet im sure i want the kessil and cmh.

2 reasons.
1 to test lights so i knwo which ones do better.
2 so i can give clones and a light to a friend who needs medicine so they can grow their own. ill supply clones and light teach them they do the rest.

I'm wondering...why you wouldn't just invest your $$ into one big light? Rather than spread it out over a couple small lights...if your objective is to do a comparison...will you be able to determine which is more effective when using such low wattage

Here is my C99 after transplanting into 5 gallon bucket with new airline system--> you can see i stretched her out more. I now have 5 plants in flower all female. 2 clones going. gonna take 2 more clones from plants in flower next week and 5 from the C99. So in 6 weeks Ill have enough plants to fill flower room again with new 1 new light added. will be either the kessil 350 deep purple or 400 CMH. 1 of my plants has a bud on every node and on every branch she is getting sweet.

Ty Dank means allot. I have had a few snags. 1 bad nutes. 2 it turns out the air injection hasnt been working the air lines sealed back shut. found this out when i removed first one for transplant. so i use the safety pin still to punch holes in air line but i also heat it and then it melts a hole in the airline permanently. since the transplant all plants are going nuts again. so that explains allot to me. leaves acting like the plant is drowning(well it was) since it had no oxygen. my 1 blueberry has taken off huge again. she has 6 tops. i love learning new stuff and wow indoor growing is teaching me tons. i will get bigger lights then its on for my c99 which will be a tree with scrog lol.

Curious what your thoughts end up being on the different lighting options. I have been considering adding something supplemental other than some CFLs to my 600hps.
