From the reading Ive done, I see it like this. UB says that freedom of religion =/= building a mosque. SGT says to tell that to the people of his state because they have had two built recently. Which to my mind seems to say that no one objected because they recognized the religious freedom. Which means that whatever state SGT is in is way more tolerant that UB's Muslim hating ass.

That isn't completely true. In my state there was some backlash that went along with building a mosque, but in the end they prevailed and was allowed to do so. Ever since there has been no more talk about it and I would assume the people of my state realized that not all muslims are terrorists.
