Helo well I have grown in soil in the past. I wanna try something new. So I thinking of a 100% perlite hempy bucket grow 0r a coco coir grow. So what would be easier and better for my plants? I understand that you use hydro nutes for a hempy bucket and coco coir nutes that are made for coco grows. I just wanna keep it simple and try something new.

I personally like running coco. If you want to stay simple and try something new coco is definitely easy. I have never ran 100% perlite Hempy bucket grow so I cant give you an opinion about it. Hope this helps and good luck!

I'm stuck on coco currently, but I have ran perlite hempys for years. The plants just look a tad happier in coco. If I were starting out again though I would start with perlite. You can use any kinda hydro nutrient you want. I suggest beginning with the tried and true General Hydroponics flora series. There is a metric ton of information growing with those nutrients in hempy buckets. My 2 cents.

Coco Hempy in Canna Coco with Canna's Coco A and B and pk 13/14.

Just make sure the pH of your nute solution is between 5.5 and 5.8 and to never let the coco get dry.
