Jesus. Well, at least there's still sheep, bear, deer, moose, elk as a resident.Trophy fee alone in South Africa for elephant is $ 35,000.
The guide and everything else is on top of that.
You could easily drop 6 figures for an elephant and some plains game.

oh I believe you. I can't imagine there are too awful many people willing to shell out that kind of dough.Keep in mind a Guide may only get 1 to 2 bear hunters a year, and they have to arrange for their own transportation & lodging etc...

Woa. That's cool. I rode a dolphin once at Marine Biology Center. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be.These really arn't hunting related other than returning from a trip we bumped into a pod of Orca's chasing a fin whale (I think) into a gigantic shallow bay.
He got away from them & they hauled ass out of there (they really don't like shallow water).
