Comparable led to 600 hid?

Hey guys I want to try led lights, I currently use a 600w hid and I want to get something comparable to that type of light. Anyone got suggestions on any leds that are comparable? I would like to stay under $1000?

The average HPS kicks out 68k at 8 inches, finding something like that at the LED level is very difficult, thats why hps users smile more ..smile longer but you may wanna look at the

68k what? lumens ? Lumens are simply a measurement of how we perceive light, you must instead look at the micromole rating, also, 8" from a 600w HPS ? The plant would cook. Not a fair comparison.

Maybe try a pair of Onyx Grow. That would give you 420W of 3000K for $900.
