if youre plants are that young something is wrong with your soil. and MG is pretty crapola to be honest. but its your choice really. if you say it works, than you should know how to use imho.
people would probably appericate photos to see whats up and more information
such as
Lights
Soil
Watering sech
Heat temps

ect.

follow the directions on the back of the bottle. usually 1 teaspoon per gallon . in veg mix it in 1 and every other 4 watering to be safe. your plants so small suggest 1/4 strength the dose and feed them every time until there bigger then do 1 and 4. I do almost every one but that's me , I know how hard a plant likes to be pushed . putting you on the safe side. any every body picks on mg. high times had a big article on mg on a plant came out very well.

Seedlings do not require a lot of nutrients to begin their life.
What kind of soil do you have? If it is a nutritional soil type, it may be too strong for them, and have burned the poor little things, leaving them to struggle to recover. As the plant gets larger, it will be able to handle the amounts of food in the soil. Adding additional nutrients to the mix may do more damage to your problem.
Photos would help us (the RIU community) diagnose problems, as well as any additional info you can provide.

Then the soil should have the nutrients in it to provide your plant with what it needs. I do not think adding nutes will solve your problem. Without photos, or other helpful info, regarding heat, light, air, etc... I would guess that they may be nute burned. Look into the other variables that you were asked about, and if all other variables are OK, then let the plant be for a couple days, and it should adapt.

im gonig to post a pic later today because it getting worse
When you post the photo, it would also be helpful to include info such as;
1. type of light, and how far away it is
2. temperature and humidity in the grow area
3. how often you water and feed the plants.
4. what type of ventilation are you using?
These variables are also helpful in diagnosing problems, and can not be found from a photo.
- thanks

3. how often you water and feed the plants? i only water them when they feel light and i only spray the top of the soil and i havent feed them anything yet 4. what type of ventilation are you using?i have a fan blowing on low blowing on them

Nice feedback. Those photos show a normal seedling.
I see a bit of discoloration, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Suggestions from me include:
1. Be sure that when you spray the top of the soil, make sure it saturates deeper into the cup.
2. If the closet is enclosed, a simple fan blowing on them will not be enough fresh air when it gets bigger. You will need to set up a proper ventilation system, that allows fresh air into the cab, and exhausts the heated stale air out.
3. Soil with time released food are tricky to deal with, when you transplant into bigger pots, get better soil.
If this is the soil you are using, now:
[h=3]Green Thumb Professional Potting Mix (2 Cu Ft Bag)[/h]
A premium all purpose potting mix for houseplants and outdoor use. New water absorbing formula containing Canadian Sphagnum and other horticultural ingredients.
- Contains time release plant food
- Ready to use – no mixing required

If miracle gro works why do you need help using it? If you KNOW that it works then shouldn't you KNOW how to use it?

For the moment, that's all I have as well (nute wise), but I haven't really used it yet, as i've had no need. And while I do agree that I can be used successfully (if carefully), I also agree that if he's stating that he KNOWS it works, he should KNOW how to use it to be sure.
