I see a bit of discoloration, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Suggestions from me include:
1. Be sure that when you spray the top of the soil, make sure it saturates deeper into the cup.
2. If the closet is enclosed, a simple fan blowing on them will not be enough fresh air when it gets bigger. You will need to set up a proper ventilation system, that allows fresh air into the cab, and exhausts the heated stale air out.
3. Soil with time released food are tricky to deal with, when you transplant into bigger pots, get better soil.
