Things that will evaporate like butane, isobutane and propane will be reduced. So snaps u never answered doesnt winterizing rid of the excess additives and impurities or no? Explain please

If you used dirty butane, this impurity won't evaporate.
If the butane doesn't pass the glass test, all the crap you see on the glass doesn't evaporate, this stuff won't be reduced by a second purge. So it depends on how one defines impurity. Solvents that aren't fully purged are impurities but can be reduced with winterization.
Mystery oil, not sure that drops out with winterizing, my guess is that it remains and its not evaporating.
Winterizing is not a workaround for dirty butane.
