I think it will be business as usual.

I poked around a few other sites while rollie was away.
They were a bit too nice. A jolly la la land.
Political posts were hand screened b4 posted online.
No bullying or freedom of speech.
It just seemed like a bunch of moderated bullshit to me.
I didnt join any of those sites and doubt I ever will.

Hope Rollie will keep the old rules.
(at least in the politics forum)
 
It's not business as usual but we are not going to control everything, if you guy's can't debate you don't belong in the politics section and you will be removed from it. Pretty easy to keep it civil :)

If it could be controlled, you could run a country.

I see your point but certain debaters are like broken records.
The same posts and name calling over and over again.
Sad because these posts take up so much space and say nothing.

We've universal healthcare that costs 4x less per capita than the American Obamacare System.

So it'd be likely me who has to avoid being bitten by an American...
 
Time for sleep..... as I explained to a few other users in PM a lot of users refuse to come into the cafe in fear of being destroyed for the lack of a better word. I am not saying we are going to ban for joking around but personal attacks as always have never been tolerated ( we just kind of gave up on the politics forum lol ) Name calling or blatantly harassing someone will get you warnings which leads to an automatic temporary ban and then a permanent ban.

There is no reason that we can't try to make this place a little bit better.

For the record, this thread is just a bit of a joke based on the fact the only punishment listed on the tab is "warnings".

I was gonna mention its kind of like Obama's foreign policy recently ..

Good point.
My one bud is a lurker but doesnt want to join because of getting flamed by a certain
person in the political forum.
I tell him that person can't shoot you down for asking simple questions but it still scares him.

Maybe a warning before entering the political forum?
Other forums you get the warning and or banned a few days.
It would also be nice to have a few more mid level Admin's to delete spam and inappropriate posts.
