Auto problem

G'day guys I just won't to no how Long does a auto flower live for .
I've had this auto for 5 months now she's well in to flower but I'm starting to lose patience with it as it's hit the 5th month is that normal this is my first grow so I'm not 100 percent sure what to expect

The temp is 27 degrees the strain I'm not sure of to be honest wit use it's my first ever grow it's under a 600 watt hps I'm feeding it sensi a-b it's in soil I've got 4 Plants all up 3 are lemon lush 1 skunk and the auto which was given to me by a mate the outher plants are 8 weeks old there comeing along just fine but wit this auto it seems like it's never going to end I will post pics of the set up any help would be great maybe I'm doing something wrong I just don't no thanks guys

Well, after 5 months, is she still bulking up or just kind of sitting there. Your pic is a little cloudy, but it looks like you've got milky trichs. If it were me, if I were sick of looking at her, especially if I needed the space in the flower tent, I'd pull, dry and enjoy. If she's still growing and you don't need the space, let her go if you'd like.

5 months.... wow.

Lots of trics look milky but your pistols are still white. Still hard to tell from the pics.

I pulled her down about 30 mins ago I didn't won't To but my flat mate has caused so trouble which has caught the attention of the police they were ere this morning looking for the ass hole and said if he don't come to the police STM they will come get him from home so I freaked out a little and chopped the old girl I'm hop wing it won't to early for her but if it was what will happen to the buds I've heard u lose all the strength in the buds is this true I got 4 and a half ounces off her

Umm.. 5 months? Whats your light schedules? just cause its an auto doesnt mean it will be 24/0..ive never heard of a plant take longer than 15 weeks to finish flowering



-Edit after i seen your pic... That wasnt even close to done if im seeing it right.

I had it on 18 on 6 off untill it flowed then 12 12 I just went forever I put her in the pot on December 8th last year so that's almost 5 months maybe a week off but it's been the same for most 3 weeks without a single change while the other plants are growing along just fine without any headaches I was told the auto would be done in 70 days give or take a few days so I don't no what happened anyway it's chopped now ready or not it's done now but what I won't to no is can it still be smoked and will it have a affect like it should

One more thing how do I get my buds really fat the ones on that auto weren't that fat at all I was quit disappointed wit my self as it looked nothing like the ones I see on you tube

Now that makes way more sense. 9-10 weeks on a 14 week strain is what the pics looked like to me

Next time count your weeks of 12/12 from about one week after the flip. They get alot of the "fattness" the last few weeks

Now im kinda bumming. That could have been a masterpiece in another month of 12 /12.... 3month veg.... Ufda

You can assume plants will double to triple in height during flower depending on strain and its completly normal for strech in the first month of flowering


Might want to consider some large netting for support (search screen of green) with how much stretch you have

Yeah I've looked into that I might give it a try when my clones are ready .
Do u no of a good strain that u recommend for a first time grower I wnt something that has a good track record so I yield a big yield next time p

Auto's like a 18/6 or higher light schedule. I even did a side by side test a year ago with one in my veg area and one in my flower area. The difference was night and day, I'm thinking this was your issue with density and probably a lot to do with time also. You should check out the auto section and you'll see what I'm talking about.
