Plants look nice. Are you overwatering? That can make leaves heavy and droopy. You can start flowering anytime, but it's nice to have some veg growth first. 12-18 inches is good. But know that plants can sometimes stretch 2-3 times it's height in flower. May not be the case with T5's though.

the one to the left of the picture is 14 inches and fine, but the main 3 you can see clearly are slightly smaller, i water every two days, just dont want to mess it all up! first time grower from u.k.

only started it as a laugh to see if the seeds i had been given grew and now its turning into a hobby! ill leave them alone for another two days without water and see if they perk up. thanks dude.

They don't look bad bro, maybe a little over watered. Have you moved the lights up for the pic because those T5's should be right on top of your plants just about an inch above the tops.

I'll get you a pic of how close my cfl is to my tops now in a minute, they don't have very much light penetration but they also have very low heat so you can get em real close, the closer the better just have to be careful the plants don't stretch and touch the bulb or they will burn.
