If it's heat from the light how come it's on the lower leaves and not the upper leaves that are closer to the light?

dont worry they are lower leaves. they will die or be removed later anyway. just worry about the new top growth. you only want the top 60-70% of the plant anyway. the lower is fluff buds and a waste really. just be careful with your lights.

That bulb won't keep your plant alive long, it will end end up being stunted/runty.

Pick up something like this, low heat and very cheap to buy and run, cost bout $40

Thanks man ill get that tomorrow um would u have a pic of suler problems cuz over the day my girls turned on me goin yellow some dark green with blue ish spots and look burnt I figured it might be a sulfur thing

I've been growing for 10+ years and have yet to run into a sulfer related problem. If the leaves turned very dark green, then black blotches, then yellowing It could be too much N causing a lockout.

How old is she? What are your nutes/ how often and how much do you feed/ ph/ soil/ temps? I'll try figure it out for you.

Mogul fitting, all decent grow lights use this fixture. The socket only costs $2 on ebay.... you wire the socket to a standard plug

The bulb has this fitting, it's slightly bigger than a standard screw in spot light bulb
