Plants are growing slow

Hi rollitup, this is my cupboard grow. I know it doesn't compare to your professional cupboard grows and such, but I am not trying to put in that much effort. My cupboard grow is just a quick simple grow for myself, and i decided to not ph adjust and all the complicated information. I know, im sorry for sounding very lazy but i don't exactly have the facilities to do all this.

My cupboard grow consists of:
-1 CFL grow light 45w
-3 plants, all indica, 1 bubblegum, 1 northern lights, 1 og kush

Ive been watering them with bio grow nutrients (1-2ml per litre of water) for 2 months now, and I am wondering why they are taking this long to grow, as they are pretty short. I don't know if this is due to the light being too low or too high, or something else. I have been doing the light cycle 18-6 this whole time as well.

2 plants on the left seem to be doing better than the plant on the right, as the plant on the right seemed to start having the leaves at the bottom to wither and turn yellow, and so i did a quick soil change for that plant but it is still looking like its not getting better. Any advice would be really helpful, thank you, and I will try and see if I can do what you recommend.

Pictures of the plants (sorry for the bad quality, i took these with my phone):

Ima make this easy for you.
The answer is ,
you need more light.
Get that one closer probably 4-5 inches away from the plants or so.

Your light is way too high, move it much closer to plants.
Try to center the light, or rotate your plants regularly.
More bulbs(light) would help tremendously.

I love sharing my lady but this time is just to give you an example of what more lighting and closer to the plant can do! I'm not saying you need exactly the light I have just saying it could make a huge difference if you add more light and get it closer so they don't stretch so much to reach for the light! And if you on a budged just bend them so they don't stretch and that way you won't need that much additional light!
