Thanks .It seems that you are familiar with Chinese led grow lights companies .
Actually , you had better stay away from Cidly stuff . If you do drivers , you can buy Meanwell led drivers, the best ones in the world .

yeah I am a bit familiar, I run my own LED testing forum., ohh cidly arnt too bad, all LED's that look like Apollos are probably them but with different spectrums in them, its common knowledge nowadays, still good lights tho, not bad at all, plenty of grow journals with those types (ie GrowNorthern, FERO, BlackStar Chrome etc...) producing good results.

Cidly use the Meanwell driver in their LEDs, as do most of the other 'Apollo' clones. I agree, its a good brand of driver aswell, have tested quite a few LED's now using meanwells, the Eshine was the best ive tested so far from china, just got 9 Oz from a 320W LED. The journals on here.

Cidly LED grow light is the worst one in the market . Have you heard that there is one Canada guy who sells Cidly Apollo before , but the failed rate is about 80% . Yeah , of course , there are some good growing results , but it won't say that their products are good . There are many led grow lights with good results now . But how about their quality ? NOt that good as they tell the people .LED buyers aware !!.jpg

Heres a grow I did with one of the first LEDs of that kind to arrive in the uk, many years ago, way before the Apollo was even available here, The Gn-Ms0006.
I changed the middle two modules for pure reds @ 660nms to increase flowering, it worked ok, got pretty good results.

One on right is Tangerine Dream Photoperiod and one on left is Big Bang Photoperiod.
The TD went bonkers and nearly outgrew me cab!

lol yeah bro, they do go through modules pretty quick but there is a solution!

Replace all the white crap they put on the back of the LED's with decent thermal paste like Artic Silver, also change the Thermal Tape on the heatsink bars to thinner, better stuff, (even cellotape works better then that gold crap they put on it, its too thick to transfer heat away properly), that helps them cool better, they wont blow as much,

anyhoo its really easy to test to see what LED is faulty and replacing one isn't that hard either, that's why I personally still like them, solid, robust and upgradeable, but each to their own eh?

I have LEDs from those to the newest OSRAM releases on my forum at the moment, so am spoilt for choice, but I still have a place in my growers heart for my first ever LED. This one.

But I will add that the LED that i bought & tested, even tho it looked like a Apollo had a totally different and better spectrum, & like I said before, it was available here locally aswell for a good price. No importing from china etc... 3 year warranty and the supplier was just a phone call away at all times, still Is now. Excellent customer service.

Yeah ,if you think it's a solution to replace the failed modules .OK .But if you failed again within several monthes after first failed modules .

no, I didn't say replace the whole module, I said replace the heat transfer paste from the back of them, then you wont have to replace them as they will cool a lot better.
