DWC - Root rot problem cant get rid of it

Plants keep getting root rot
Room temp: 22 (Day time)
Water temp:20 (Day time)
Light: 250 w changing to 600 when i hit flower
Bucket: 50 L
Nutrients: Canadian Xpress A and B Veg
Additional supplements: Canadian Xpress Regen-A-Root ( This has saved me heaps in the past)
PPM: 800

Two air pumps with 2 air stones on each ( 4 in total)

I cant seem to get rid of this root rot? They are 6 weeks in (from seedling) and this is there second case.
I managed to get rid of it last time by changing the reservoir and the roots flourished (grew to more than 40cm) but then it has come back,right after i did another reservoir change.
So i then changed the res again hoping that it will fix the problem but checking 8 hours later they are looking worse
Water level is just sitting under the net pots.
Will try get some pics later on tonight any help would be good as this is my first time with a bubble bucket ( Done NFT several times)

Your temps are fine IMO, but what about light leaks? Seriously even the smallest amounts of light infiltrating the res can lead to nasty ass root problems, colonization growth is exponential. I've had best results treating pythium with beneficial bacteria. Give Aquashield or something similar a try. Treat every 4-5 days with recommended dose. Until you get some beneficials in there, you can use H2O2 as a light treatment to keep the rot at bay. Keep in mind that chemicals kill your beneficial bacteria, which is why you retreat often.

The lid is completely sealed so unless the light is getting through the plastic ( Held it up to the light could not see any passing through) . Lucky i had some Aqua Shield around never been opened =) will add to it later today when i get back. Should i completely change the res as well?

Oh shit you have that laying around? Baahahaha well my man, that's just awesome. Yeah, I'd do a change and even a wipe down if you can reach in there without messing up your setup. If you're using chlorinated water, it might be less effective at first though.

Yea man orderd it for my nft system but never had to use it . Could the res be too big? and how quick should i see results from the aqua? . Got a secondary res which i exchange it with so can give the container a good clean.
I have the res filled up with fresh tap water which i left out overnight so should be ready to use!
How quickly should i see a change?

Your res size is fine. I've always just used 19L (5 gal) buckets for individual plants, but 13 gal isn't too big at all. You should see a change within a couple of days, doesn't take too long at all. If the process halts for a while, then retreat.
