Does this seedling look behind on growth?

Today is her 6th day in soil. We're currently using 2 cool white (daylight) CFL bulbs each with 1600 lumens. She's getting light 24 hours a day. If it's warm enough we put her outside for a few hours to get sunlight and strengthen the stem. We have her in normal potting soil, with no nutrients as far as I know. I have given her a tiny tiny amount of Fox Farm's Grow Big but for the most part she's been getting plain filtered water. She's showed no signs of nute burn, nutrient deficiencies, or stretching for light. I'm not worried about her, just wondering if she looks a little behind.IMG_20140421_145118.jpgIMG_20140421_145125.jpg

Thank you! I'm not really a "newbie" in growing but it's been a while and I always forget when what plant reaches what milestone and all that during the younger stages.

She looks like she's poised to explode in growth now! Staying nice and short. Hopefully she'll fill out and become a nice bush, which is what it's looking will happen right now.IMG_20140422_091409.jpg

Thanks everyone. I was looking back at photos of my first grow and it took until 2 weeks for the plant to develop the second leaves and it turned out great... except it was a male! I stressed the plant too much. But this time I'm going low stress and I can't wait to see how it turns out since it already has those leaves.
