Ttt if you haven't already,try some tempura fried mushrooms or some fried jalapenos with cheddar or queso fresco,battered and deep fried.You can kick it up and add bacon.Buttermilk ranch for dipping of course!
Soft shells ARE really good though,almost as good as fried bacon


Dinner tonight....

Chili dogs with fresh cut fried potatos,YEP!that's bacon on my dog with homemade spicy chili,a pile of cheese on the bottom to protect the bun and mustard on top)

gonna throw together some italian sausage over garlic and onions with green, red, and yellow bell peppers at the end. serve over rice with some roasted cauliflower (covered in olive oil, dressed with garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper) on the side.

and of course some bread for me.

Working my ass off in a kitchen again. No time to cook. Althuugh tempted to make something on Thursday now I've been paid. All I've had in the last 3 days is 3 bananas. Feels good to have a few grand in the bank again.

Had hotdogs again today.....the bbq was from this past weekend,I could have just eaten the bacon wrapped shrimp with jalepeno.I didn't need the potato salad,baked beans,corn or the salad
