If a woman can abort a child, should a man be able to initiate the abortion?

Why is it okay for women to abort a child but when I want to abort it I have to beg and plead....

What kind of freedom is this for me? What kind of freedoms are these women keeping from us?

how often do you hear of a mother taking off and leaving the baby behind and never seeing the kid again, vs how often you hear the same thing about fathers?
imo, once you're a mom, you're a mom for life, and unfortunately, all too often the same doesn't hold true for a lot of men..

Your a single drinker aren't you Harrekin. I say its in her not me. Where I might have an opinion the choice is hers. Not that I feel I'm giving up any rights but I knew prior who was going to get pregnant before I slept with her. If I wanted a control choice it should have been about sleeping with her. Not the after affect which is clearly in her belly not mine. How about POSSESION= 99% of the law...lol.. wow I still had a little rant in me...woo hoo

I don't understand abortion in general tbh, although I support the right to it as a choice. People justify it by saying it's different when you kill something that isn't alive yet, but it's the same thing when you're destroying something that's meant to develop life in the near future. lol you should be doing your aborting while you're standing there about to stick it in. Lacking the willpower to exercise protection and/or remain abstinent if you aren't ready for a child doesn't warrant covering for your past irresponsibility with this method. I would be pissed if my partner aborted my child regardless of my stance on the subject, but I'm not out to make the whole right/wrong decision for other couples/mothers. Abort your children; your right to do so. But I would never want that on MY conscience, seeing how I'm not capable of rationalizing something like that.

How extreme right-wing bigotish of me.

I think if the father chose abortion and the mother doesn't and the baby is killed they call that murder.

I feel like it grows in her so its her choice, but she shouldnt be able to come after dude for support later on if the opinion is voiced that his choice is abort it.

I dont support abortion i actually know more girls that are ok with doing or wanted to when the guy wanted to keep it than vice versa, at least in my experience.

We rationalize and justify war, because we(humanity) lack the discipline of character to keep peace with one another.
So it's just okay to brutally slaughter each other, then turn it into a way to feel confident. Confident because we suck at keeping peace? Makes no sense.

Just feels like the same concept to me. People sell out so they can avoid discipline.

Just so everyone knows im not biased my ex of 3 years decided to get rid of ours and i did not agree i was kind of excited when i found out at first, but imo you cant convince a girl to keep a baby she doesnt want, well you probably can but i think its detrimental to both the girl and not fair to the child, and being in this situation really isnt fair because as the guy, you have an opinion, but no control or choice in the situation.

It is a preconception agreement. The terms of which may change depending on your wishes as the man.

Basically, she signs an agreement that she must abort any child resulting from the following intercourse.

My one bud got into this situation.
The girl was preg and got an abortion much to his disapproval.
Then she came asking him for money to cover the abortion.
He told her to go to Hell.

It takes two to tango.

I was also in the same situation.
I dated this girl for weeks and we were doing it one night.
I was in doubt and took it out.
She put it back in and I filled her with jizz.

A week later she is going out with another friend of mine.
I'm thinking wtf is going on here.
After 2 more weeks (after learning he had a vasectomy)
she was going out with another of my friends.

She just wanted to get preg and raise the kid alone and sue the father for support.
Glad it wasnt me.

Because by aborting the child you must invade the space of the woman.

If the child were in a gestation tube and not the woman the circumstances would be different. Yet, in either circumstance the rights (if any) of the unborn have not be considered .
