Cellaring?

I'm a newb at growing, only on my 2nd grow and have 1 mystery seed germinated along with 2 swiss cheese. I use to be a pipe tobacco enthusiast, and still smoke cigars every now and then. Is there such thing as "Cellaring" cannabis? I smoke slow, but enjoy growing a lot. If I can't sell it fast enough, would keeping jars in a place to "age" make sense?

ABSOLUTELY my good man......just like a fine wine, it must be dried properly and then it can be jarred and controlled perfectly! My kind of thinking

Well that is good news. I'll just have to research about drying because my first harvest was considered a bit dry. That makes me excited though!
