IF,, IF I am dry during a grow... I will ALWAYS go buy some... you will hate yourself when you get nothing,, and you will get nothing.. here is why... this is your first grow ( female) and you want your free stuff NOW.

You will cut and try...... like it or not.. you will cut again.. and again... you plant will never mature.

Also you really don't know how long you have left.. its done when its done... that's it.. I have had plants that took 3 week longer then expected..

So my best advice is two fold.. 1) get something to smoke,, not your plant...

Two.. if you have not already, start your next crop.

We have all been there... the wait is worth it.. again always have some on hand, you have a long way to go and still have to cure.

Hi Dakid,

Let me just offer some words of reassurance from someone who *really* feels your pain. Like VX420 says, plan ahead, either get another grow on now (sounds like you will, as you have cloned).

Then go buy an overpriced bag of weed of a dealer, wince as you hand over your $$$, then when you go home, roll one up and think to yourself:

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO A DEALER EVER AGAIN.

You don't have to worry about driving home or getting a bus with a stinky bag in your pocket. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off. You don't have to worry about your 1/8th oz bag running out and having to call your buddies up and do another run at 11pm. You won't have to deal with shady characters who you would never associate with otherwise. You won't be feeding money into a criminal enterprise that, at the top, may well dabble in things you would rather not know about

You just have to wait for your plants to be ready and then enjoy them. Let me re-iterate something so you can read it again and let a broad smile creep across your face:

ONCE YOU ARE DONE, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO A DEALER EVER AGAIN.

Your grow looks like it's going great by the way, well done!

Cut off the part you want to sample and cut it up with scissors and put it in the freezer over night. Next put the cut up pieces into a paper bag and let em dry for about two days it should be pretty dry but doesn't have to be as dry as paper. A little moisture is ok. You'll need a small silk screen u can get in a art supply store. Take the dry trimmings and sift them over the screen for as long as it takes to extract the triches. U can be a little rough but don't go rubbing the stuff against the screen as if it were a cheese grater. You should get enough gold triches fallen off to pack a bowl with and just light it up. It will be strong as shit. So what u have then is KIEF.
It doesn't have to cure just be dried. It's a short cut to sampling ur weed w/o the waiting.

I was reading about plants leaves being used to collect kief and am so excited because I love the stuff when its piled up at the bottom of the grimder, will do so if need to sample. Thanks for the tip, I didnt know about the freezerstep.

Thanks for the compliment. I know nut feeding still needs fine tuning but I havent under/overfed to kill and feel I can just get better as I go.

I did get two clines to root and srart veg, as both of these are female I wanted to carry that on rather than do seed.

I did grab another quarter last night but itll take about 3 more to get me to harvest lol. Whatever I guess, like yall said ill be happy Iwaited, 2 hours I can post cola pics..

Never go without. Seriously. Long term loading is the way to go. :)

I start 2 clones every month and harvest 2 others and enjoy 2 cured jars a month, etc.

It is really quite inexpensive compared to retail.

Ive just set up upstairs for veg and downstairs has flower setup, will do from now on...just gotta get thri this next 5 weeks!!
