i was gonna say, i thought treacle was abit thick. dont see how u can add that to water...
anyway, ill go check my health store in the town centre. cheers

k...done a bit of research on this andhave discoverd a few things.no treacle is different ,i am ex u.k resident, go to any health food store and they sell blackstrap mollasses ,
#1 - Molasses (dark molassess) is the same as treacle(dark treacle)produced after the 2nd boiling of the sugar cane.BUT......
#2 - The 3rd boil produces black strap molasses and BOTH the UK and the US call it the same!!

theres a store in my town centre i know ill be able get it from.
when my gf was in early pregnancy we went and got her some crystallised ginger from the health store. they will have it.
