These plants are around 19-22 days old . I put them in there final pots to see how they will do I know it's early but hey it shouldn't hurt them right?

You should really transition with smaller increments i.e. 1gal-3gal-5gal and so on until more established, but you should be alright.

I won't over water, only whenever they look like they need it . The soil drains well and keeps moisture. Do they look like they are over watered ?

Yeah I would but I didn't have the proper recourses at the time. How do you think they'll turn out? I'm out in florida and the weather right now is around 89 degrees high 70 low. They get good sunlight to

Big pots with small plants= easy to over water...the roots aren't down there yet...so the soil will stay wet longer...
