I have also noticed a failure to use the proper one of these two:

Haardmoode: a Swedish word meaning "worthless plant that bears little fruit"

Hard mode: I do not know the meaning of this term.

i've recently struggled with then and than, buck got on my case one day about a month ago, and it pissed me off enough to learn the differences..
then has to do with time, like first i germed a seed, then i chopped it down, i can not tell a lie..
and than has to do with comparisons, like an apple tastes better than a potato.. very easy, now i just have to think about it before i post, but i've been doing well with it imo.. :D

Hard Mode is a video game thing or the state of ice cream

English is so fucked up, not easy even when it is your mother tongue....so what's is the correct way to phrase your statement
  • That is the first time I saw that thread
  • That is the first time I have seen that thread
  • I am seeing that thread for the first time

I think that english is so fucked up because the root language differs word to word.

I think the proper english would be "That is the first time I had seen that thread"

Now that I read that it sounds worse that way. What the fuck do I know, I am a carpenter.

see saw?

most of us don't know what is right or wrong, it's just what sounds good, but there is no doubt that many kids today have really crappy writing skills and piss poor grammar
