Ya bro thats exactly what it is. I was trying to debate which ones to run next and I only run 4 plants at a time. I had a Bubba Kush that popped then dropped over dead for some reason so I replaced it with the Lost Coast while I still had time.That desert Diesel good huh ? Shit I remember trying to decide if I should drop the Lost Coast or the DD when the Kush expired! It'll be quite awhile before I pop anything else at this point. The 4 I have in the nursery now are looking great so far, and I still have another BD and the Cotton Candy to finish out. The CC is taking for freaking ever to finish and its holding up the whole works here !
Yeah same here lol im not trusting anyone when my babys are concerned x) Nice we seem too have the same setup! Im runing on 400w mh and hps aswell and yeah i agree with you with the trichs i can almost see slight colors with only a 5x if i look really close and get some focus lol! They are pretty damn fat!! And honestly i really dont know how i will guess when they are ready :s i will wait till they doesnt produce anymore new pistils and that the buds are really fat and rock hard and that they dont grow anymore aswell and try to inspect trich with my little shitty 5x -_- Problem is i dont have any Radio Shack anymore where i live they all closed -_-... So i need to order it by ebay but it can take a while you know
and since im moving to a new house the 15 june i can only cut it at max the 25 or 31 :S dry take around 1 to 2 week so i cant really wait too long or i wont have the time to dry it properly :s.. i vegged mine for 6 weeks too 
I'm exited to know your results i will share mine as well on both strains and show pictures when they are 50/60/70 days F =]!

yummmmmmmmmmmy! ur so lucky manOK....As promised, we finished out the BD and got her ready to jar up. The smell of this baby just took over the entire house ! My guess at 3 oz's was damned nearly dead on as she weighed out at 89 g's
We test fired a phat boy and the Mrs got really whacked
The smell was just a heavy but sweet smelling bouquet. One thing I noticed trimming is that it is far more heavy with red hair than most of the others I've run. I don't know if thats a good thing or not, but this is a nice addition to the jar collection that we'll be enjoying for quite awhile. Heres a pic of my favorite time. Harvest time.

Btw man i found a way to look at my trichomes lol! Its sure not as effective as a 30 / 50 x but with my iphone when i put picture on my pc i can zoom alot and see the colors enough to tell if they are brown, white, cloudy ectOK....As promised, we finished out the BD and got her ready to jar up. Can you do a little smoke report of your BlueDream? Im really wondering what will she taste like! Is it like the smell of the plant? sort of fruity skunky smell? or the same odor has when you pass a finger on the trich like very very fruity? or its totally different from what she smell like in the growing phase in every way
