Red light at night

I have my girls in my greenhouse. They're just over two weeks old. My neighbor has a greenhouse that is roughly 75 feet away from mine, and has a bright red light shining in there all night long. Is this something I should be concerned about? My back yard is far from pitch black at night anyway, which I've heard outdoor plants are somehow less sensitive to, but could this red light cause problems for me?

Rule of thumb, in flower, only green lights during the night... vegetative, red should be ok because 24 hour light is common and wont harm the plants... people use green to work in the dark during flower... :) hope that helps!...
